What can I return?

You may return any item that was damaged on receipt, which should be informed to us the day you receive the outfit. Pictures should be clicked and mailed to us.

Can I return products purchased during sale?

Products purchased during or on sale will be eligible for returns Or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects. Accessories are not returnable. Anything which is our mistake and can be fixed at customers end, we will refund you the alteration cost and would not return the outfits if it can be fixed.

Can I return return products which are custom made for me?

Customized outfits or accessories will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects.

Who pays for the shipping?

Do not worry if an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt. GetEthnic will reimburse the complete shipping costs for return.

When will I get my refund?

We will gladly exchange or give online store credit. SORRY NO REFUNDS
