Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Cost:

All the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Our designer/coordinator will inform the customer regarding the shipping expenses. Once the shipping cost is paid then only the package will be dispatched.

Packing Method:

For multiple bridal and groom orders, garments will be packaged in a custom designed wooden box to keep the outfits safe during transit. All the jewelry/accessories will also be package with in this box. This box is totally free of cost but the shipping changes of the package will be paid by the customer. This custom made wooden box will only be used when there are multiple bridal and groom orders involved.

For smaller packages, we at GETETHNIC pack them carefully in a thick plastic bag which usually have multiple layers.

Custom Charges:

Custom charges as applied by the custom or port of entry of the destination country will be paid by the customer. GETETHNIC will not be responsible for paying these charges.

Transit Times:

Time to transport the packages depend on the shipping company but usually it takes 5-10 working days for the package to arrive at the destination. Shipping times could vary from country to country and usually the shipping companies do not deliver packages on Sunday.

Transit Risk:

GETETHNIC.COM ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But GETETHNIC will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency. In some countries the packages might be opened but the custom and repackaged by them.

Shipment and Tracking Details:

Once the package is shipping, you’ll be sharing with a tracking number to track the package. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please report us within 24 hours, if you find any discrepancy with respect to the parcel delivery. Please reach out to us in case you have any questions regarding shipping and tracking number.

Address Change Requests:

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us or talk to the designer and share your alteration request and the needful will be done.

Multiple Address Order:

You can tell the coordinator/designer and let her/him know the desired multiple shipping address details and packages will be delivered as requested.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not GETETHNIC. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

 

DOMASTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Packages within India will be delivered within 2-4 days. But it will completely depend on the company involved in delivering the packages.
