Party Dresses for Women

Party dresses are a girl’s best friend! These are iconic examples of Indo western fashion where we fuse elements from ethnic wear with western attire types. In case of party dresses, we have even amalgamated tailoring techniques to create dresses that can be justly described as a fusion of a dress and a lehenga!
We have used traditional dress types like gowns, A-lines, maxis, full skirts etc and used traditional embellishments on them. We have used cuts like the bodycon, sheath or shift and fused that with a frilly flowy skirt hemline to create a unique look that can be flaunted at ethnic functions as well.
Our lehenga style dresses come with unique blouses and experimental necklines paired with a chic skirt. We have included accessories like attached stole or dupatta look, cape, jacket etc with our dresses. We also have ethnic blazers, draped dresses, double-layered gowns, jumpsuits etc.
Party dresses are a classic example of Indo western fashion. Hence the fabrics used for them are not entirely ethnic. So we do not see much use of heavy silks, brocades, velvets etc. Instead we have used lighter fabrics like crepe, chanderi, pure georgette, organza, lycra, raw silk, net etc to create chic and contemporary looks.
Traditional craftsmanship has been used to create these party dresses. We see a lot of sequin and zari embroidery, pure thread embroidery, stone work, gota patti, pearl work etc in mostly ethnic motifs. None of the party dresses are overly embellished, taking the concept of light ethnic wear further!
You should own two or more ethnic party dresses! If you are a bride you can wear one in any of your pre or post wedding functions – like engagement party, sangeet, cocktail party etc. These dresses are made for bridesmaids as they are light and comfortable and in all respects ethnic! If you are a wedding guest in an Indian wedding, an ethnic party dress is one of the most appropriate attires for you! Moreover, if there are teenagers and young girls in your family who obviously find it difficult to carry traditional ethnic attires like saree, lehenga or suits in a family wedding, an ethnic party dress is the best option for them! They can work like an embellished frock for the kids.
If you are a bride, we suggest you include a couple of more of these party dresses in your wedding trousseau. You will thank us when you won’t run out of options for dresses during post-wedding get-togethers and parties! Tell us your preferences and we can get party dresses customized specially for your trousseau.
