Refund/Return Policy

  • COMPLETE REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF OUTFIT IS DAMAGED FOR ANY REASON.
  • IF THE MEASUREMENT IS TAKEN IN FRONT OF OUR DESIGNER ON A VIDEO CALL AND THERE ARE MEASUREMENT ISSUES, THEN ALTERATION CHARGES WILL BE PROVIDED BY US AFTER ALTERATION BILL IS SHOWN.
  • IN CASE THE OUTFIT DOES FIT WELL AND THE MEASUREMENT IS PROVIDED BY CLIENT, NO ALTERATION CHARGES WILL BE PROVIDED. 
  • REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMER’S BANK ACCOUNT FOR BOTH DOMESTIC (INR) AND INTERNATIONALS PAYMENTS (SAME PAYMENT CURRENCY) WITH IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS.

We are committed to ensure 100% purchase protection for customers by offering genuine products and secure payments. If a product which is delivered to you is defective or damaged, then we’ll be either send you a new product or will make a refund of payments including shipping. In case of damaged product, client is required to share pictures of damaged product.

Just reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] or contact the designer/coordinator regarding your concerns along with the damaged pictures of your parcel. We will review and honor the returns upto 7 days from the time you receive the damaged item.

Can I get refund of alteration cost in case of measurement issues?

In case the measurements are provided by the customers by measuring himself/herself, we make the outfits exactly like the measurements provided. No alteration cost will be provided by us in this case. To avoid this, we encourage each of our customer to do video call with our designer and in this case if there is a measurement issue (99% there won’t be), we’ll be bear the alteration cost.

Can I cancel my order after placing?

Once the order is placed and processed in our system, you can cancel the order within 1 working day. Charges will be applied for the same.

Can I get a refund once the order is in-progress/made or dispatched?

NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED once the order is made and shipping to the customer.

Can I get Refund if I don’t like my outfit?

All outfits are custom made especially for you and there is no refund once the outfit is made and shipped. We go extra mile in making your custom made outfit and show the making of your outfit by sending pictures/videos. If there are any changes that you wish to make, then please do let us know during your discussions with designer. Also during the making of your outfit, if you wish to make an addition/changes, then we’ll honor your request but no changes/refund will be provided once the outfit is made and shipped to you.

Will I be getting refunded for the sample file?

Yes! The sample file cost (excluded shipping) will be adjusted in the outfit cost but you don’t get the wedding outfit made from us then the cost won’t be refunded.
