How do I shop existing products on your website? How do I place an order?
Shopping on GETETHNIC is fun, easy and very addictive.
- Browse the website to find what you’d like to purchase.
- Once you have found a product you like, select stitching options (or jutti size in case of jutti).After selecting the required options click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button next to each product.
- On Clicking “ADD TO CART” you need to enter your Credentials or if you are a new user register through facebook or by entering your email and password.
- On entering credentials (or after registering), you can review your order.
- click on “PROCEED TO CONFIRMATION” button. You need to make payment through paypal account or directly through credit card.
- Once payment is made, you will be getting confirmation email.
Do do I place a customization order ?
Simply drop us a message and our designer will connect with you. You can tell your requirements and share any images/pictures of your desired outfit if you have and our designer will take care of it.
How do I place wedding trousseau order?
Its very simple and innovative process !!! Please connect with our designer with all your requirements and our designer will make a sample file for you and its for FREE. Once you approve the samples, we will start the manufacturing of the wedding wear and will deliver to your dorrstep with in 30-45 days.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally! So, irrespective of where you reside, you can stay connected to your Indian ethnic culture!
What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charges are volumetric and will be stated at the time of check out. In case of customization, shipping charges would be paid my the customer.
How long will it take for me to receive my product?
An approximate delivery time is mentioned against each product on GETETHNIC. These are merely indicative, our endeavor will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All custom duties and taxes are borne by the customer.
What payment options can I use?
For your shopping ease, GETTETHNIC offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You can also use a PayPal or PayU account to complete your transaction.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
Once the order is shipped, we will provide tracking number through which you can check where abouts of the package. Also placed order status can be checked on the user profile under order entry.
Do I need to be a member to shop on your site?
Not necessarily, you can checkout as guest but its better to register as a member to shop on GETETHNIC and complete your transaction. It helps us to know you better.
Do you have cash on delivery option?
GETETHNIC does not support a Cash on Delivery option.
Will I get a full refund if I return a product?
GETETHNIC refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given by GETETHNIC if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of GETETHNIC the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of GETETHNIC.
In case of multiple products being ordered, and if for any reason, GETETHNIC is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a choice to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, GETETHNIC shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of GETETHNIC.
Where are you based?
We are based in India(Ghaziabad) and The United States of America(Chicago), and all products are shipped from India.
Are all your products genuine? Do you sell real designer wear?
We guarantee that all products sold by us are genuine.
How do I return a product?
In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s until a set of instructions from GETETHNIC regarding the same is received. In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we shall act on it within 48hours.
Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, GETETHNIC does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.
Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?
Products on GETETHNIC designer made, hand crafted and specially handpicked for you from various parts of India. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
